Each project tells a unique story, a testament to the A regional retail network sells the same products through independent storefronts and a wholesale channel, but each runs on a separate system – different SKUs, different pricing tiers, stock updated on different schedules. Customers who want to pick up an order from “whichever nearby store has it” can’t be served reliably, because no single system actually knows what’s in stock, right now, across both channels.
How we approach it: unify product and SKU identifiers into one schema, establish a single real-time stock-of-record, and build the store-selection and fulfilment-routing logic on top of it. What it enables: click-and-collect and deliver-from-any-store operating models – the exact problem our own SchemasCC platform was built to solve.
