What it is: A platform connecting PhD and Master’s researchers with their supervisors for supervision, monitoring, evaluation, planning, and integration — replacing scattered spreadsheets and email threads with one shared structure.
The problem: Research progress data — milestones, meeting notes, evaluation criteria, timelines — typically lives across email, personal spreadsheets, and individual supervisors’ memory. Institutions have no reliable way to see program-level research pipeline health without manually chasing every supervisor for an update.
Our approach: We built a shared data model for supervisory relationships, milestones, and evaluation rubrics, with role-based views: researchers see their own plan and deadlines, supervisors see their full roster’s status at a glance, and administrators get program-level visibility without requiring anyone to compile a manual report.
